Memberships require a minimum of 6 monthly billing periods and renew automatically each month. Allura Cash is available after payment, usable from month one, and unused credit accumulates and rolls over. Included plan benefits do not deduct from that balance. Allura Cash is for eligible purchases and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for cash. You may pay the difference when a purchase exceeds your available balance.
Request cancellation in writing or through the approved app/member portal process; cancellation is complete after Allura confirms it or the approved portal process is completed. If you cancel before 6 billing periods, a flat $150 early cancellation fee is charged separately to your credit card on file, as authorized in your membership agreement. It is not deducted from Allura Cash. Your unused Allura Cash remains available after cancellation for eligible services and products and is not refunded or exchanged for cash. The team will confirm your cancellation effective date. Included membership services and discounts depend on availability, provider approval, individual suitability, inventory and active payment status. Discounts generally cannot be combined with other promotions unless Allura approves. Fees and unused benefits or credits are generally non-refundable, subject to your terms, written exceptions and applicable law. Insurance is not accepted.
