01 · The beginning
A family's search for hope.
The personal experience behind a shared purpose.
Allura's story began with a family, long before there was a name on a door. After moving from Brazil to the United States, Luiz Santiago's father faced a serious health crisis. An inflammation in his toe, related to diabetes, had progressed to necrosis. Three doctors recommended amputation.
His father was a physical therapist with a background in spine rehabilitation and a lifelong interest in understanding the body. Faced with that difficult moment, he continued asking questions and looking for support. The family's search introduced them to hydrogen and ozone therapy, and to a wider conversation about health and wellbeing.
For Luiz, the experience was deeply personal. Watching his father's resilience changed the questions he wanted to ask about care: How could people feel better supported? Where could they find time to be heard? What would a place built around those needs look like?
This family experience is part of Allura's history. It does not establish a treatment outcome or replace medical advice.
02 · A new perspective
From questions to a purpose.
In Brazil, Luiz had studied business administration, law, and information systems. His path had taught him to look at how things work, how people make decisions, and how technology can help bring an idea to life. His family's experience gave that curiosity a new direction.
He began imagining a place that brought science, technology, and compassion into the same conversation. A place where wellness, aesthetics, and longevity could sit together, and where someone's habits, questions, and hopes mattered alongside the reason for their visit.
The inspiration was his father's search for care. The purpose became broader: to create a welcoming home for people who wanted to take a more thoughtful, active role in their wellbeing.

03 · A home for Allura
An idea becomes a place.
North Miami Beach · Founded April 2025
In April 2025, Luiz created the Allura Health & Wellness brand. A few months later, that idea had a physical home in North Miami Beach, under Hydrogen Max LLC. A personal turning point had become a place where other people's stories could begin a new chapter.
The details of that home mattered. Oxford Blue, soft White Mist, natural light, and a calm reception lounge were part of the welcome. Luiz wanted the space to feel warm and considered, with room for a conversation before any next step was chosen.
Allura grew around a simple conviction: people deserve attention, clear explanations, and a relationship with the team supporting them. Understanding their daily lives and priorities would be part of the experience from the beginning.

04 · Growing with purpose
More ways to care. One shared philosophy.
Hydrogen was part of Allura's beginning, and the vision gradually grew to embrace more of everyday wellbeing. Today, that vision is organized around four pillars: Aesthetics, Recovery, Strength & Performance, and Longevity & Diagnostics.
Aesthetic care brings attention to the way people feel about their face and body. Recovery creates space to discuss rest and supportive services. Strength and performance bring movement, personal training, and body-composition insights into the conversation. Longevity and diagnostics make room for questions about habits, health history, and appropriate clinical assessment.
As Allura developed, those conversations expanded to include nutrition, supplement guidance, and continuity beyond a single visit. Body-composition tools and wellness technology offered additional ways to follow progress and stay engaged. Clinical decisions and the interpretation of health information remain conversations with the appropriate provider.
The intention has stayed consistent as the offering has evolved: help people understand their options and find a practical place to begin. The current treatments, memberships, and team continue to develop around that purpose.
05 · Our people
New people. New chapters.
A place takes on the character of the people who care for it. Luiz Carlos Oliveira brings his experience and interest in integrative wellness. Diego Menezes (Coach Diegão) brings personal training and the everyday commitment of showing up for movement. Each adds a different perspective to the same conversation about living well.
Now Camila Castro, PA-C, joins that story as Allura's Lead Clinical Provider. Her path through emergency care, Physician Assistant training, and an interest in functional medicine adds another voice to the team and another chapter to Allura's growth.
What connects these different paths is a willingness to listen, keep learning, and meet people where they are. Allura's story keeps growing through those relationships, one conversation at a time.

Meet CamilaThe purpose stays personal
For Luiz, Allura is more than a business. It is a mission rooted in compassion, curiosity, and faith, and a tribute to his father's resilience. The family experience that started it all remains part of the reason for building a place with care at its center.
The vision reaches beyond a single appointment or milestone. It is about helping people make room for wellbeing in their lives, with the balance of body, mind, and spirit that gave Allura its direction.
“Our goal isn't just to help people look better or feel better. It's to help them live better, fully, consciously, and with balance between body, mind and spirit.”
