Appointment Guidelines & Clinic Policies

At Allura Health & Wellness, we are committed to providing a calm, professional, and timely experience for every client. To ensure the best possible care for all patients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following appointment guidelines.

⏰ Appointment Timing

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• For new clients, early arrival may be requested to complete intake forms.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling without refund, as we must respect other patients’ scheduled times.

🚫 Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows (IMPORTANT)

To reserve your appointment, a 30% deposit is required at the time of scheduling.

• All appointments are non-cancelable.
• The 30% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Rescheduling is allowed and may be done for any future date, subject to availability.
• Failure to arrive without notice is considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• Repeated no-shows or late arrivals may result in limited future booking access.

This policy allows us to protect our providers’ time and continue delivering high-quality care to all clients.👨‍👩‍👧 Companion Policy (IMPORTANT)

To maintain a peaceful and clinical environment:

• No children are permitted in the clinic.
• You may bring only ONE adult companion, if necessary.
• Companions must remain quiet and respectful in shared areas.

This policy helps ensure safety, focus, and comfort for all patients receiving care.

🆔 What to Bring

• A valid photo ID
• Any medical records, labs, or documents you wish to share with your provider

🚗 Parking & Arrival

• Please use guest parking (last garage level or first floor).
• Proceed to the 7th floor, Suite 704.

🤝 Respectful Environment

Allura is a wellness-focused clinical space. Disruptive behavior, disrespect toward staff, or failure to follow clinic policies may result in refusal of service.
